This was the highest ambitious VAASTU-situation in one of 4 apartments of Mrs. Christina from Germany !
All over the roofs connected houses of this city-quarter ( - maybe projected here originally in the 18th or 19th century and then modernized or built new houses inside , - with an overall edge-length of about 130 till 150 metres , sometimes even longer ... ) are on energetic levels reacting as one house.
So whatever is happening inside good or bad , holy or criminal , the whole quarter-community will be impacted on some finer or subtle levels.

With nowadays known traditional VASTU-knowledge anything like this
( - respectively to seperate her apartment inside such a construction as an fully autharc and autonomious site ... ;
- plus organizing that there is no energy-entanglement between the energies of the owners and the tennants anymore ... ) ,
is neither to handle nor to solve !

Is Mrs Christina a highly sensitive lady , a famous astrologer plus being all her lifetime a student and desciple of many wordwide esteemed healers ,
- before she met me, she was suffering for 7 years without of real sleep.
After our "Transformation work" first she was sleeping about 3 weeks -
nearly not understandable for her but supreme happy - very nicely !
Then it started again with sometimes not so sound sleep. But we didn´t know why ?

Then after about half a year Mrs Christina was asking me ...
"Dear Botida - is it anyhow important , that I didn´t tell You , - that she is the owner of several additional apartments too ? "

Yes - that´s always a most important point -
( - and she should have known about , because I`ve told it also in the VASAATHI-lecture I was offering in her house some months before ),
because - (- and nevertheless we would personly know, that we´re not our body , but - ) our body is bound to react o subtle levels always with the buildings we´re staying and living inside , much more if the rooms are in our ownership , and this fully sme wherever we will stay personally - in hell or high water
- wherever in the universe ... !

So then we were able to integrate also the other apartments towards a full solution !
All these relatively narrow long and rectangular either nearly straight North-South - or West-East directed buildings or houses, are from the VAASTU-view much too long that its inner energetic being - VAASTU-PURUSHA ( - who is not an entity , nor an elemental - but truely speaking - an aspect of our own Godly reality and ABSOLUTE him-she-itself ) able to sit or relax anyhow nicely.

Therefore the traditional known proceedure, is to seperate these long buildings with the use of highly complicated - and also mostly relative expensive proceedures , by stretching copper-wires or better silver-wires to divide the houses in a transverse direction into energetic individual areas , which could be "treated" afterwards also seperately.
For this purpose however, the wires have to be led and pulled through possible wall openings - or buried in the ground foundation.
In addition, the resulting bridges and the resulting building corners require additional ( - best selected and ready for this ) crystals and gemstones, which must be carefully placed according to the direction of the compass and later measured for their effectiveness .... and so on and so on and so on ....
However, the energetic quality-output or the energetic result remains relative and dual here as well.
And if some not so nice cosmic subtle energies or geopathic stress-areas are just anywhere around where these wires are laying , after some time ( - the same is also happening with copper-mesh copper-foil or copper-sheet some people in Europe have taken them to protect houses or flats from some live-blocking subtle energies ... ) they themselves are taking and integrating these energy-qualities inside their own structures and radiating afterwards exactely with this unhealthy till disturbing frequencies ( thus boostering up these contra-productive negativ-forces ) more than ever before .

Ok - coming now back to Mrs. Christina´s apartment or property ; - in the above building she had rented her apartment it to a couple who have brought mor and more people from the whole family inside with bigger troubles and permanent stresses ( everything like this is also impacting our all well-being especially the owner doesn´t know how is the situation inside their properties or if everything is just all right or fully damaged .. ) , also because they where not paying their leases rightly , and we were not able and not allowed from the tennants to do or manage anything inside her flat or house personally.
So I´ve visited the house and was looking for my assessment of the overall situation , and integrated it inside my inside work with the overall-project.
Here above it´s additional interesting
that these from a big farmer rented 2 houses - one the main residency the other one the former horse-stable,
while getting MATATEC - transformed , some fields in the near as also the farming house at the same side of the street, have taken also some energetic benefit , because they are both in the same ownership of the same farmer .
The huge house in the North has not taken an energetic benefit, but the for everyone here highly important high-voltage-line in the South plus the electric-current-transformer in the North-East had taken the MATATEC-VASAATHI energy without of our additional alertness or view about - just automatically .

It´s always happening like this
- that Thee ABSOLUTE is looking what´s important and helpful for everyone and all ,
including for the cattle and cows who are normally grazing underneath throughout the farming year .

Is it with MATATEC-VASAATHI always like this , that the full powers and benefits are coming or manifesting themselves about 2 till 3 weeks later or after the real proceeded "TRANSFORMATION" and the RECONSTRUCTION OF THEE DIVINE PRINCIPLE ,
- here it was like this, - that some moths later it was coming in a daydream, - that under this house ( - one entrance of the cellar with a huge stairway down also in the South-West !!! what´s in India always seen as a most dangerous gate of demonic or destructive forces ... ) like on subconscious levels there was an additional and much bigger cellar underneath. So like in mindful alert healing-traditions we organized that even what´s happening in a related dream ( - like the here mentioned one ) was clarified in the awake state, - that really nothing dual - or mind-impacting is remaining.

Is MATATEC-VASAATHI always clearing cleansing and separating before mixed together chaotic energetic situations to a soul-according full harmonious whole , - some clients have fallen in love again with their long years partners or spouse - or first time in their life ... ; - other clients have separated themselves ( - and are now after years more then grateful for it ) ; -
Mrs Christina has happily married again
and is today ( - nevertheless sleep is sometimes supreme , and sometimes little less .. ; see above ... ) fully happy and deeply thankfull !

TRANSFORMATION of two Living Houses
in Brittany / France
( - Here only from afar )

“ When I got in touch with Mr. Botida F. Meyer respectively with M A T A T E C , -
I had had hip surgery for weeks and was suffering excruciating pains.
He did a lot of things as re-organizing and cleansing the energy in my 2 houses ,
- first in the house in the country where I was staying, when I first called him.
His action on my hip proved a great relief I could sleep again at night and could walk better.
My GP and physiotherapist saw the difference.
He asked me to do some practices with him, I just had to follow him and repeat
MANTRAM after him.
He also taught me a way to use the sound
“ AUM ”
associated with the breath to heal myself.
I did it and after a while I just forgot to resort to it .
Every time the pains came back he could dissolve it.
It ‘s absolutely amazing the way he can “see” what wrong ( - and also what´s good … )

Today I complained about pain in the buttocks and my right leg and I knew it was due to

Concerning my houses his actions were beneficial also.
I have had difficult relationships with my brother and my new house is just in front of his
property. Since I have lived in this house he has been aggressive towards me, in quite
violent ways and refused to share any meal or come to my house.

that I represented an energetic danger for them.
Strangely when the neighbours knew someone from Paris was coming to live there , they
complained and I must admit I was looked down for some time .
After Botida´s work my brother’s attitude changed completely towards me

This next drawing shows was the highest ambitious VAASTU-situation
in one of Mrs Anne Marie´s houses in Brittany France ....
Living herself in and owning the yellow marked part in the very South-East - her favourite rooms especially in its North-West side ; - in such a way connected houses are also impacting on a subtle level what we are thinking about of our neighbours , or of how are the relationships between :
Could we see her dear Brother´s - nicely North to South and West to East directed house in her North-East side , - he was lovingly organizing and renewing this house for his dear sister ,
- but as soon she moving inside, her beloved brother fully changed his character and kindly habit towards his sister for no understandable reason.
Also he refused to visit her again or meeting together for some talk or dinner , at once totally nothing anymore.
Only with her sister in law, everything was just ok.

So how could it be that something like this is sometimes happening ?
From the VAASTU-view it´s nearly all the time like this ( - also in Europe ) ; - whenever there are neighbours who have the only chance to look towards us from the South-West side, many people are having the feeling that these neighbours are looking like "Something is wrong with them" , "They are evil minded" , we know "They are anyhow dangerous" or "We don´t like them really" - or "We have to be careful with them" at first ... or - "We have to look and be alert about them, that nothing unwelcome is happening" !
Here short example from Switzerland between :
- There was once a case in Basel, where a lady had in her South-West corner of her very huge apartment in the 5th floor a sunroom - like a fully glazed balcony , - the full outside wall-side was not a clear - but milky opaque glass.
So it was not possible to look through, but if the sun was shining, the opaque glass was also shining brightly. Only in the very South-West corner there was a very tiny little window to have some fresh air. When I visited her I was asking, if it may be possible to open this window ... because it was really getting hot inside But she replied, that she doesn´t like to open this window, because her to this side ( - in her South-West about 30 till 40 metres away also in a higher residential block also in its 5th floor living - ) next neighbour "is always looking inside a like a stupid ..." and " she is really afraid of him ..." and "she doesn´t like to meet him anywhere - and never" !
But could this be ... from him this very very small tiny window was much too small , even to catch the smallest glimpse of her -
or of what´s going on in her apartment ... !
And even this room was also from VAASTU-view the best room to sleep inside ( - respectively the just over a bigger sofa adjoining room ) ,
but also because of this seem to be most dangerous neighbour´s sight , to sleep there, was fully unacceptable and a no go !

And after my "Transformation" of her apartment ( - here also at first from afar )
- also because I´m always waiting till there is the right time to proceed
- and I´m very seldom telling just behind that something has changed ...
I was phoning with her some days later - and she told me , that exactly in the very same evening just after I was proceeding
- and therefore her rooms where first time really energetically tight and protected ,
- and also her roof or ceiling plus also her floor plus the entrances were also tight safe and secure , -
she got just at once the inner power to take her bedding equipment - her blanked cushion the duvet and whatever ,
- and was just moving into this - for her optimal room !
And she was now additionally sleeping like never before -
deep and most nicely every day , - respectively for sure - throughout the night !
And her neighbour´s supposedly sinister or nasty eyes , - had totally disappeared
and were no theme anymore !

So how was it now with Mrs. Anne Marie`s incomprehencable situation in her new home ?
Ok - from VAASTU-sciences we know that the South and especially the South-West are in danger that from these directions life-blocking or demonic forces like to enter or conquer the plot or house.
For VAASTHU - PURUSHA it´s from the lower feet and shanks or from the lower CHAKRAS ,
So for nearly all of us , whatever is coming from South-West we´re recognizing as a danger or to be alert about. Therefore also for Mrs. Anne-Marie´s Brother it´s very likely , that also his sister after moving inside her new house , now living in his South-West , she has been recognized and got in an inside level like an enemy for him . And this much more , because at his house the main entrance towards the plot plus the main entrance inside his house are additionally in his South-West !
And also her joint together houses VAASTHU-PURUSHA`s head, was located just in front of his entrance towards the street.
Also her little bit uncertain feeled relationship towards her neighbours in her West-side are also clear , because nevertheless she is the owner of her house , but over the connected houses the living inside people are never alone anymore. Just everything has to be energetically experiences and shared.
Additionally the Energetic Centre-Point of all these houses on this side of the street was far away in a neighbour´s plot , what means for me that souls have found together again because they are old friends , - or because they are trying to clear and solve something from their past.
Therefore in Mrs. Anne-Marie´s case it was not only like this , that her just next door neighbours also were her "new family" only , - no - all the neighbours with the same Energetic Centre Point have got completely unknowingly her new energetic community or her newly extended family clan. Energetically together whatever has happened before in the historic and prehistoric past.
Therefore it´s more as clear why Mrs. Anne-Marie was feeling herself inside this mediaevel holdover village-part strange and a little bit like a foreign matter !
For her the just next door neighbours - because she is living in their North-East or South-East - she was placing either the role like of their new mother , or of an esteemed spiritual friend and guest.
For her - because her neighbours are living in her South-West and West ( - here additionally also mit interwined house-wall transitions ) the feeling are naturely nearly same , - as her own brother´s view towards his dear sister.
And it´s all like this that entrances or architectural or geographic recesses or setbacks as same as entrances , acsess--courses or drive-ways are always highly sensitive , therefore for the VAASTU-strengthening of whole countries (- there is not only a VAASTU for houses , but also for Temples , for villages , cities, districts countries and states ... ) in ancient times there was always a special temple for protection in the South - or much better in the South-West –
- here as an example alike the most beautiful Ulawani-temple of the Indonesian island of BALI -
on top of a higher rock just at the south seashore of an towards the main island connected peninsula ,
where this rock is getting lower towards its northeast side -
what´s highly auspicious and prosperous for the whole island and for the whole Balinese society !
All over the roofs connected houses are reacting as one house .
With nowadays known traditional VAASTU-knowledge anything like this, is neither to handle nor really to solve.

Is Mrs Anne Marie also highly sensitive and a most famous practicer and wellknown translator of an highest esteemed Chi Gong Master , she is also practicing dowsing and thus trained to measure and to qualify subtle energies ;
- therefore to her huge suprise she had noticed in the proceeding and after our " MATATEC-VASAATHI-Transformation " at once ,
that the subtle energies inside her houses have changed fully to a non-dual supra-mental - thus supreme and divine state,
- and that everything what was inside her houses and in the energy-field of all her property ( including her car , the computer , and all other technical equipment, the heating, the frige, and so on ... ) have lost their afore disturbing forces fully , and just eradiating in the full powers of the Divine Healing-Frecuencies !

Also it was highest estonishing for Mrs. Anne-Marie that the ( - on dual reality levels "normal" ) subtle polarity-axes or torsion-vortex-fields of everything and all around ( - most subtances ( - with only some excerptions ) are having 3 torsion-field directions ... ; ) have calmed down fully ,
which means from the atomic scientific view ( - out of the explanations of the Indian nuclear scientist Mr. Dr. Mannem Murthy -) that also the electrons of an atom have changed their positions to a fully satisfied state .
Today she is very happy

The above very lovely living-house and Mrs. Anne-Marie´s favorite residency
is nicely located inside a big garden with many flowers and trees on top of a hill , quite in the geographical centre of Brittany.

With its nearly straight North-South directional East-side wall , - the so called "Solar Powers" - which are representing also the dual live-energy powers , - with only a few angular degrees aviation , - all of them are nearly fully there ;
- but with the Earth-element ( - in the South-West ) - representing the male energy -
and the Air-Element ( - in the North-West )
because they are not integrated or included inside of the house -
respectively ( - whatever is bigger as 1/12th of a wall-length is VAASTU-relevant ) there are huge formal setbacks vacancies or losses -
- therefore there are big deficiencies ( - same with financial and professional capabilities , second with the husband`s power ) .

And the main entrance towards the plot from the West, - plus the additional garage-door also from the same direction ... ,
- "normaly" -
( - also a welcome entrance of demonic forces ; - people in Europe are recognizing it sometimes with the feeling that from this side their neighbours are seeming to look badly inside ... )
it´s a No-Go !!!

Is this house just on top a a hill , the slope to the North ( - at best towards the North-East ) is very nice –
- the steeper slope towards the South-East – less.
And the big tree in the South reacting from VAASTU-view more as a protection ,
- but the large trees exactly in the North-East are having the tendency of blocking holding-back or stopping the life-energy of the house.
( For this subtle-energetic reason or mechanism , in ancient India till just todays, the South-West floor-edge is built about 1 handbreadth
higher than the North-East floor or basement-edge,
- that if we are pouring some water on the south-western floor plate, the same water would definitely flow to the North-East
of the house - and leave the house there to the outside as well !
For furniture, cupboards and wardrobes, for tables and chairs - it´s not a real problem , because with such a little level-differences -
even they are all standing a little bit tilted , - for our eyes it`s too less to recognize that’s really wrong - or a real fault ! )

If we are now remembering Mrs. Anne-Marie´s hip-problems. plus her artificial hip surgery , additional also some problems with the heart ,
- seeing and viewing to both houses –
( - nevertheless we don´t know the VAASTU-architectural design-compositions or concepts of her previous residencies ) ;
- but here it´s fully clear
– in both houses the hip , the pelvis plus also the belly as also the hearts ,
- In the most chaotic 1. house also with the heart-region , the lungs, shoulders and with the ( - also with traffic additionally stressed ) head
- all of them were under highest pressure and stress ;
- so they were really no areas or places to recover nicely , nor to getting happy , healthy silent or calm !

But with the help of M A T A T E C – VASAATHI
everything inside and outside the houses and properties is placing itself towards its optimal direction
and also changing towards its optimal energetic proportion and form.

Last but not least - I´ve taught Mrs. Anne-Marie to measure or feel if the oven or chimney - here originally just very dangerously near to VAASTU-PURUSHA´s Heart-Chakra , were afterwards energetically just at the same places, - as well as the heating or the drinking water facilities and so on ...
and Mrs. Anne-Marie also recognized here , - that after our "TRANSFORMATION" , - nevertheless everything was on the physical level just located as before ... but on subtle levels these items have moved and have gone to their right and optimal VAASTU-places.
In the same way the walls windows and doors have got - first time ever - energetically tight strong and solid !
All this is most important that the body is getting the inner information insurance trust and confidence ,
that he is really protected and the AURA is staying strong and closed !

Nowadays houses or buildings are on energetic levels mostly fully open ;
- and even in India the people mostly don´t have any idea about the importance of some rites , prayers
and of several ancient architectural procedures , - also to secure that windows doors and entrances are really closed !
Highly interesting , - this important knowledge was also used in ancient prehistoric - till Greek Temples - or wherever in the world , - as a basic attribute of all sacred-holy places !

Today - just phoning with her if everything is ok - Mrs. Anne-Marie is heartily thankful and very very happy -

have never gone reverse , but fully and lasting came back and strengthened again !

Odenwald / Germany

This was VAASTU-situation of Mrs Elisabeth´s apartment located inside a smaller village in the Odenwald which is a small not very high but very silent and full of forests low-mountain-area ( - laying South-East of Frankfurt, till to the height of Heidelberg in its West ) ....
This above pattern could nicely represent the VAASTU-situation of Mrs. Elisabeth`s project ;
- only that there were several additional neighbour´s VAASTU-Squares ( - here altogether 9 of them ) running though this house
and though the energetically anyhow related and connected plot.
Additional there was
- an extreme downhill-slope to the South-West ;
- a well used street just very near to the house in the South-East ;
- a garage for the owner´s car plus drive in the North-East and through the head,
- plus the main entrance in the North-West
plus an additional entrance on the South-South-West house-edge or corner !
Altogether really not very nice !

Because the Energetic Centre Point of the house ( - where Mrs Elisabeth´s newly rented apartment was one of several inside , - ) was located originally far away,
just in the very centre of a farer away neighbour´s house ( - what´s always a sign for me that people have come together again to live together again or to solve some Karma ... ) -
and also because the full hill-side where this house was standing was full of prehistoric ancient grave-yards ... ;
- therefore - " and here first of all " we were "Transforming" the full hillside before we could start with doing anything for her individual house.

Is Mrs Elisabeth also a highest sensitive person, who also knows to use the dowsing rod , she recognized ( - without that I have told her about the time of the prayers and procedure ) just at once that something basic fundamental has changed fully.
Her new house and the full surrounding ( - as She told me at the phone ) was looking much more friendly gentle and polite , and also the house-edges looking before very sharp towards the street - where at once looking like rounded !

An alike experience came from a Lady inside an Indian University being officially in charge of the education and strengthening “ The Nobleness of the Hearts” of all their Students ,
- who had recognized that after the blessings with M A T A T E C – Transformative Technologies fruits have changed their colour
to much more brightness freshness and power -
and that things have got ensouled - or like animated , where they were looking afterwards like all very dear and lovely small children.

This picture is a nearly not to believe intensely simplified drawing of a very large countryside hospital , where we could see that the here fully chaotic combined buildings are from the VAASTU-view and for the energetic as medical health of the people plus employees , - a real mess.
I was asked from an headship employee if I could do anything for him , - that he - suffering at his working place always with such most heavy headaches , - that he was short before - even he loved his work very much - to leave - and to resign his work and search for another department in another town
( - the inner fluctuation in this hospital was very high ; - from VAASTU - it´s not astonishing ... ) .
Ok - what to tell ... through our "TRANSFORMATION work" his headaches just disappeared at once forever !

With nowadays known traditional VASTU-knowledge , - anything like this - form VAASTU-view - pardon fully chaotic or nearly crazy ,
is never to handle ;
- with something like this , - we are completely lost !
But also here just after our " MATATEC-VASAATHI-Transformation " proceeded from far afar South-Germany only , - Mr. Ganesh and his family ( - all friends of an Indian friend of mine ) were highly pleased and more as happy , to recognize a foundamental energetic change towards happiness and supreme peace in their apartment.

Once helping a farm , - their overall Energetic Centre Point was located just inside a paddock ... an also energetically not very nice point , because underneath - respectively underground there was a crossing of three water-veins , - and before of the real “ VASAATHI-Transformation ” , these water-veins´ energy-quality was really not very nice - just not to say ( - like nowadays quite normal - because they are taking the bad quality of human thoughts and emotions as well as the energetic trash of mobile-phone transmitters and so on and so on ... ) quite contra-productive - or bad .
So when we started the inauguration-prayers, the oldest horse was coming with his buddy and was such pleased about our work, that it was helping us by freeing his throat plus coughing.
After our "Transformation" - the water-veins had changed towards full healing-powers - and just from the same evening onwards ,
- all horses plus the single he-goat
( - this special point and paddock-area was before always strictly avoided from all of them ... )
were sleeping just upon and around this very point now always !

At the same farm there were living two dogs , - one the daughter of the other one . The elderly lady-dog was at the time of
M A T A T E C - VASAATHI just very tired and frail and was nearly not able anymore to jump onto the sofa - what was her favourite seat and laying-place inside the big combined kitchen- and dining room .
One year later visiting the farm again, we were also talking about the benefits of VASAATHI-Transformations a friend of the owner of the farm mentioned – while just turning with her eyes towards the nearby just a few meters away sitting dogs :
" Please look to these 2 Girls ... they are just happy and full of vigour !!!"
And yes - they were really looking nicely and very lovely to us with bright shining eyes ...
and also the now just very old lady-dog was jumping now always from alone onto “Her” sofa !
This Lady then thought ,

Once visiting His Holiness SRI RAMANA MAHARSHI respectively his MAHASAMADHI inside of his Ashrama in Thiruvannamalai - just at the feet of the holy mountain ARUNACHALA , - and sitting more in the men´s side back of this bigger hall ( - where the people and devotees could round the central place in the front and sit for meditation ) , - after some time inside myself - I had opened my eyes and saw that in front - from the right side and north side door - an Ashram-dog was walking very mindfully and silently inside.
Here we have to know that dogs from the street are mostly not welcome inside of the Ashrams , - so this dog had a broad light blue dog-collar that everyone knows - He´s an Ashramite !
Ok after recognizing that this dog was entering the hall , I closed my eyes again for going inside again. After some time there was arising the thought that I would like to see for this dog and what he may do.
Therefore I opened my eyes again and was looking into the hall ... but the dog has disappeared - he was nowhere to find anymore.
Then - because I had my bag on my own back-side, having exceptionally my for me most valuable
M A T A T E C “ Thee SOURCE ” – Aggregate
with me inside of it , I´d turned my sight to see that everything is ok and all wright with it –
and - What´s here ???
This very lovely dear dog was laying most silently just behind me -
and pressing his back and spine into or onto my bag

At another occasion a friend was asking for help for her very traumatically reacting horse.
She had taken this horse who was growing up under not so nice circumstances … but nevertheless she had known about , she had taken this horse into her loving care.
But the horse`s reactions also against the other horses at the paddock were not very nice and far away from peace or relaxation.
Additionally some weeks back the horse had an accident where the vet was always thinking of - is it a slight femoral fracture ? ( - For me with the M A T A T E C “AUM” Energy-Feeling method as an additional diagnosis testing procedure , - now over tenth of years no single case where it was a fault … it was an ok - always very painful - muscle-strain only ) .
Ok I gave my M A T A T E C “Thee SOURCE” – Aggregate to her , - that she could use it for her horse.
So after some days she phoned back and told me , - that I wouldn´t believe what happened :
She had taken “The Plate” into her back-bag while going to and inside the paddock , all the horses at once turned their heads from far away and were altogether coming to her by stretching their necks towards her back-bag.
And also her dear horse - as all the horses of a bigger herd, - were just standing at once fully silent and relaxed standing ( - maybe like in meditation ) side by side - for about 20 till 25 minutes , - some were starting to graze again
but no horse was jumping or running around ,
Then she was taking and laying the “Plate” from above upon her horse´s hip – and also here -
Normally he started to jump like crazy – but now nothing ; – just standing fully calm and fully happy and relaxed …
Then she had taken “the Plate” in her hands again that the horses could see what it is !
Then her horse was buzzing off - and everything was fine !
Here " Achat " ( - in English like the “Agate”- gemstone )
standing for 20-25 minutes fully silent for a healing-treatment with “the Plate” ,
- then blowing off and everything is nice and beautiful !!!
When horses are very relaxed, they let their lower lip hang.

Another time I was asked for help to “Transform” a very special with supreme VAASTU-standards designed natural medical Healing-Centre in South India .
The main house was designed originally by an UK-architect as an ideal living-house for
His Holiness SRI SATHYA SAI BABA
- but Swami organised it , - that this house was built as a future Healing-Centre , where he was coming many times himself personally to monitor the whole building progress.
As I was told , that Swami several times managed that some pillars plus a wall had to been made once more, because the measurements and proportions were wrong .

When I´ve visited this house the first time for an every week once - as a most welcomed - more family-alike celebration ( - plus an behind included altogether PRASSADAM–dinner ) from the very owner - an admirable and highly esteemed elderly lady of many kinds of ancient and nowadays knowledge experience and skills - held Evening-BHAJANA ,
- I was really amazed about the more as western-alike building-quality of this South-Indian house !
But then - together with the owner leader and main therapist of this Healing-Centre - it got quite clear , - that after Swami`s passing away , - the subtle energy-quality inside this house and plot -
( - nevertheless all the – here also carried out at the instigation of Swami - nowadays quite rarely performed and lengthy - as well as extremely precious VEDIC house-consecration-rites , - with holy-fires lasting for several days , were celebrated and carried out here … ; - and at the very end - even a cow also unexpectedly walked in on its own from nowhere just at the right time, urinated and left its cow-dung exactly at the right place - just in the centre of the building , - plus heavy rains – what´s also highly significant - additional !
… And all this with some highly special additional SAI – LEELAs and anecdotes :
The invited priest and BRAHMACHARI sitting in the train and just driving to his location of operation …
he just recognized, - that he missed his prayer-books with all the in ancient times most important MANTRAMs …
So what to do ? –
He tried to phone to his home but sending the books to him by post-office it will need a few additional days … and then
the auspicious date to inaugurate this Healing-Centre will be gone …
So as I´m remembering , - the BRAHMACHARI´s family told him on the phone , that after some time he had gone
to the train-station, - a younger man was coming and told to them, please to give him these MANTRAM books
because he had forgotten them , - and the young man said to be in charge - of bringing them just in time to him !
So he was really disappointed and highly exited - till to the next train-station , where -
A younger man was waiting and then hurrying to him
and gave him exactly his books smilingly , - just into his hands !
So everything was ready to start at the right time ! ... )
has changed dramatically and ( - with nearly every day a big dark viper-snake around the house , or covered in the rolled together sun-awning , falling down to the poeple´s shoulders or neck by opening in the morning ... ) got really weird .
So the Owner asked me - please to help her.
Then it needs about 2 weeks of nearly every day most intense energetic transformation-work ( - never before like this and never behind ... ) that this house and Healing-Centre was getting more and more free and safe again ; - and also the dangerous snake has disappeared .
At the main “Transforming – ” or “RECONSTRUCTION OF THEE DEVINE PRINCIPLE” – ceremony , we had invited several devotees to join us with inside prayers and additional AGNI HOTRAM – Holy Fire .
Then just in the Transformation-process – a so called Guru Bird ( - quite likely a variety of the cardinal bird ) was landing about 10-15 metres away in a shrub and pryingly looking what we´re doing ; - what´s more as a very good - and most auspicious sign in Bharata or India !
Then the Guru-Bird just flew away , - and because we where sitting on the ground or with our cushions on the soil just in front to the Energetic Centre Point eastwards , we couldn’t see where he was flying exactly , - because a few metres just in front of us there was the premises stone wall , too high for us to look behind .
Because a few of us were highly exited where he was flying to , they were standing up , - but the bird ( - nevertheless just behind this wall is only a big fully empty field or lawn-ground , to their big surprise ) to their big surprise - he had just disappeared fully …!
But there was no time to grief or to worry about …
because immediately and just at once – as out of nowhere – appeared an very light-beige colored eagle , - which drew quite close above the house several of its circles . . . and seemed ( - whenever he was in clear sight direct in front of us towards the eastside ) to wave to us again and again highly astonishing with its right wing only ( - which quickly beating up and down or fluttering ) alike a happy greeting !

Our Eagle was much more brighter – but its wings were nearly same narrow and long
After more and more circles he just flew away back towards the nearby hill , - where it seems that he was landing at a rock , - where we have seen an eagle also several times the next days just standing upon it , - or sitting on the overhanging branch of a gnarled tree directly above or to the side of the rock.
So despite of all these ancient Vedic rites , - highly beautifully performed for the supreme wellbeing, prosperity and healing-successes under the overall supervision of Swami for this supreme classical VAASTU-design-according Healing Centre , -
- All these same highly beautiful as well supreme delighting -
- as sometimes also shocking -
but altogether most instructing as inspiring experiences
were a big life-lesson, - same for the dear Owner - as well as for me !
